How to Make Air Fryer Frozen Brussels Sprouts

To start, preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees. While air fryer is preheating combine together all of the spices and stir to combine.

Then, place frozen brussels sprouts in a mixing bowl. Add olive oil and toss to coat the brussels sprouts. Next, sprinkle spices on top and toss to coat well.

Once the air fryer is ready, add brussels sprouts to the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for about 10 minutes. If you have too many to cook in one batch with a single layer, just make a second one after the first one cooks.
