Almond Butter Toast with Strawberries and Honey has easily become one of my new favorite breakfasts when I have a few minutes to cook and eat! It is easy to make and loaded with almond butter, strawberries, honey, chia seeds and coconut. This is a delicious and filling meal to start your day or even eat for lunch or a snack!
For this almond butter toast recipe you will need:
- Bread or english muffins- whichever kind of bread is your favorite. Gluten-free if desired!
- Almond Butter
- Fresh Strawberries
- Chia Seeds
- Shredded Coconut
How to Make Almond Butter Toast with Strawberries and Honey
To make this toast, start out by toasting your bread. If you don’t have a toaster this can easily be done in the oven. Simply turn the oven on broil and place the bread on the top rack. It will toast very quickly so keep your eye on it.
Once your bread is toasted, spread the almond butter on each slice. Then, slice your strawberries and place them on top of the almond butter. Next, drizzle over the honey. Last, sprinkle with chia seeds and shredded coconut.
