Oven Baked Zucchini Chips Ingredients
For these zucchini chips you will only need a handful of ingredients:
- Zucchini
- Flour, any kind (all-purpose, whole wheat and gluten free have all been tested)
- Eggs
- Italian Seasoned Bread Crumbs (regular or gluten free)
- Parmesan Cheese
- Salt
Can I use panko breadcrumbs for this recipe? Yes however panko breadcrumbs don’t tend to stick as well and coat the zucchini chips completely. If you want to use panko breadcrumbs crush them up a little bit to help them stick better or use half panko and half regular breadcrumbs.
