How to make Chicken Caesar Pasta Salad

This salad will be ready in about 30 minutes, even less if you have some leftover chicken in the refrigerator. To make this salad, cook your pasta according to the package. Cook the chicken, grill, saute, really any way you prefer it. Then combine all of the ingredients together.

I personally do not like my lettuce to get warm. So, I rinsed the pasta to cool it off and let the chicken cool for a couple minutes before throwing it together. If you want to serve this salad completely cold, leave out the lettuce until ready to serve and let the rest of the ingredients sit together in the fridge to chill. Then, when ready to serve stir in the lettuce.

This Chicken Caesar Pasta Salad makes for a quick and easy meal!


  • 1 pound pasta, cooked
  • 1 pound chicken breast, cooked
  • 1/2 cup olives, sliced
  • 1 cup croutons
  • 2/3 cup Caesar dressing
  • 2 cups lettuce


  1. Cook pasta according to the package directions, rinse to cool and set aside.
  2. While pasta is cooking, cook chicken breast in preferred way. We sauteed it with with olive oil, salt and pepper. Leftover chicken is perfect for this recipe!
  3. In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients together and toss to coat with dressing.
