These Cinnamon Toast Crunch Protein Bites taste just like the cinnamon toast crunch cereal and have a good amount of healthy fat and protein in every serving. These are perfect for a snack or to have before or after a workout! These loaded protein balls are sure to become a new favorite snack.

How to make Cinnamon Toast Crunch Protein Bites
These protein bites are super easy to put together with just 6 ingredients and a good food processor! The ingredients you will need are:
- Creamy almond butter
- Oats
- Vanilla Protein Powder
- Dates
- Cinnamon
- Water (or milk if preferred)
Combine all of the ingredients in a food processor. Once all of the ingredients are added, blend until combined. Slowly add the water until you get the mixture to stick together (pictured below).

Once the mixture comes together, roll into 1 tablespoon-sized balls. There should be approximately 16. Store your protein bites in the refrigerator in an airtight container for 1-2 weeks (if they last that long!).
Frequently Asked Questions
Absolutely! We used whey protein powder in this recipe (like we do for all of our recipes containing protein powder) however it can be substituted. If you are vegan, vegetarian or just prefer a different protein powder feel free to change it out. You may need more or less water depending on how much it absorbs.
The only time I would say you may have problems swapping protein powders is if something is being baked. The reason for that is the protein powder may not react the same in the heat.

Yes! I bet that the Quest Cinnamon Crunch protein powder or Ryse Cinnamon Toast protein powder would both make these protein balls even better!
