Tips for Making Cream Cheese Logs
Be sure to mix the cream cheese and butter together until it is very smooth. This will make your cookies have the best consistency since the fat will be evenly distributed after the flour is mixed in.
These cookies will not grow much in the oven. This means you can usually get them all on one cookie sheet.
Don’t skip the second roll in powdered sugar. I promise, that second roll, makes all the difference in flavor and appearance! You can even roll them a third time before you add them to your cookie platters.
