This Delicious Lemon and Dill Hummus is light and refreshing! Perfect with fresh vegetables, pita chips or on a sandwich. Hummus is a very easy dip to make at home and can easily be changed to make different flavors.

How to make Delicious Lemon and Dill Hummus
All you need to make this hummus is a good blender or food processor. Here’s my personal favorite. To make the hummus you’ll start with blending the lemon juice and tahini until it’s well combined.
*Note: tahini is usually sold in a can or jar. It can be found either with the condiments and oils or the ethnic foods.
Scrap around the food processor to make sure it’s all combined. Then, add the chick peas, garlic, garlic salt, olive oil, lemon zest, dill and water. Blend until smooth.
Move the hummus into a bowl and chill. Serve how you desire and enjoy! Hummus will stay fresh for 5-10 days in the refrigerator.
