If you love summer cocktails with rum then this is your kind of drink! Three ingredients are needed for this recipe and all are easy to find:

  • Malibu rum- or your favorite coconut rum
  • Cream of coconut- this can be found in a can or squeeze bottle in a liquor store or grocery store
  • Pineapple juice- canned or fresh

Combine all of the ingredients in shaker and shake, shake, shake! Then pour into two glasses over ice. If desired, garnish with pineapple.
