How to Make Easy 3-Ingredient Buffalo Chicken Salad
This recipe is as easy as it is delicious! Start out with some shredded chicken. We love to make our shredded chicken in a big batch in the crock pot. A pre-cooked rotisserie chicken can even be used for this!
First, put the shredded chicken in a mixing bowl. Then, add the mayonnaise and buffalo wing sauce (any heat level that you prefer). Mix well to coat all of the chicken.
Then, store the chicken in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 5-7 days. Serve as desired: on a roll, on a salad, with crackers or just eat on its own!
