Ingredients for an Easy Watermelon Martini
This recipe requires just 4 ingredients (plus ice)! Watermelon juice, vodka– whichever kind is your favorite (we used Tito’s), lemon and lime. To make the watermelon juice there are two options. One method is to run the watermelon through a juicer. The second is to blend up the watermelon and then strain it through a fine wire mesh strainer. If you don’t have a strainer this recipe is still possible. It just may have a little of the watermelon pulp in it making it not as smooth. The watermelon juice can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for a couple days.
To make this martini, combine the ingredients with ice and give it a few good shakes. Then, strain into a martini glass. Garnishing this martini is optional but some delicious options are: a salt and/or sugar rim or a slice of lemon, lime or watermelon.
