This Easy Watermelon Martini is very refreshing making it perfect for summer! It is a delicious combination of fresh watermelon juice, vodka, lemon and lime.
Ingredients for an Easy Watermelon Martini
This recipe requires just 4 ingredients (plus ice)! Watermelon juice, vodka– whichever kind is your favorite (we used Tito’s), lemon and lime.
To make the watermelon juice there are two options. One method is to run the watermelon through a juicer. The second is to blend up the watermelon and then strain it through a fine wire mesh strainer. If you don’t have a strainer this recipe is still possible. It just may have a little of the watermelon pulp in it making it not as smooth. The watermelon juice can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for a couple days.
After preparing the watermelon juice go ahead and squeeze the lemon and limes. Fresh squeezed lime juice and lemon juice are much better than using the store bought juices.
To make this martini, combine the ingredients with ice and give it a few good shakes. Then, strain into a martini glass. Garnishing this martini is optional but some delicious options are: a salt and/or sugar rim or a slice of lemon, lime or watermelon.

Yes! If you like your martini to be a little sweeter go ahead and add some simple syrup to the shaker when mixing the drink. I would start with one ounce and work up from there. Simple syrup can either be purchased in the store premade or it can be made by boiling together equal parts of water and sugar.
Of course, use any fruit juice you like in place of the watermelon juice. The beautiful thing about vodka is that it mixes well with most juices!

- 6 ounces watermelon juice
- 5 ounces vodka
- 1/2 ounce lime juice
- 1/2 ounce lemon juice
- Make the watermelon juice by juicing the watermelon or blend and strain it with a mesh strainer.
