What’s on this week’s Free Weekly Dinner Meal Plan?
This week the recipes include a variety of chicken, turkey, shrimp and one vegetarian meal. All of these meals either use the crock pot or will be ready in about 45 minutes or less. Don’t forget to print the free grocery list before you head to the store!
Monday: One Pot Black Bean and Corn Soup
Tuesday: Crock Pot Orange Chicken with rice and steamed vegetables
Wednesday: Black Bean Quinoa Burgers and salad
Thursday: Turkey Lasagna Soup
Friday: Lemon Butter Shrimp and Pasta
