Ingredients for Gluten-Free Dairy-Free Buffalo Chicken Pasta Casserole
This recipe doesn’t require too many ingredients but there are a few since you will be making your own dairy-free sauce! Here’s what you need:
- Gluten-Free Pasta- use whichever brand is your favorite!
- Vegan Cream Cheese- I am partial to Trader Joe’s brand, however any vegan cream cheese will work.
- Non-Dairy Milk- almond, soy, etc.
- Buffalo Wing Sauce- mild or spicy!
- Shredded Chicken- I like to cook chicken ahead of time in the crock pot and shred it up but any leftover chicken or a grocery store rotisserie chicken is perfect for this recipe!
- Shredded Vegan Mozzarella Cheese
If you are not gluten-free, you can substitute regular pasta in this recipe. Don’t need to worry about dairy-free? Go ahead and use regular milk, cream cheese and cheese for this recipe!

Gluten-Free Dairy-Free Buffalo Chicken Pasta Casserole is spicy, creamy and sure to please!
Ingredients
- 12-16 oz gluten free pasta
- 7 oz vegan cream cheese
- 1 cup non-dairy milk (almond, soy, etc)
- 1 cup Buffalo wing sauce
- 3 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 2 cups shredded vegan mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray casserole dish with non-stick spray.
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- In a small pot, combine vegan cream cheese and non-dairy milk. Heat to melt and combine over medium heat.
- Once cream cheese is melted, add in Buffalo wing sauce and shredded chicken.
- Add chicken and sauce mixture to cooked pasta and stir well to coat all pasta.
- Pour pasta into prepared casserole dish and top with shredded vegan mozzarella cheese.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until bubbling. Cheese may not melt all the way depending on brand used.
- Remove from oven and let sit for 10-15 minutes before serving.
Notes
This recipe can be made with regular pasta, milk or cheeses as well!
