Finding both gluten-free and dairy-free friendly restaurants is not the easiest. This list is a compilation of the restaurants we have personally been to. These restaurants make it easy to work with even the toughest dietary restrictions.
As I find more restaurants I will be sure to add them to the list so come back again to see what’s new!

Local Restaurants
Ripe is a 100% gluten-free kitchen! They have everything from avocado bowls to pizza and sandwiches to bowls. They do not have any vegan cheese options (at the time of writing this) however all items on the menu are clearly marked. I ordered the Mediterranean Avocado Bowl and had them skip the feta. It was delicious!
Ripe Delray 15084 Lyons Road Suite 750 Delray Beach, FL 33446 RipeDelray.com (561) 412-3750
Pizza Rox is one of my new favorite finds. They offer gluten-free crust, vegan cheese and many other allergen friendly choices. Also, you get to build your own pizza so you can decide what they use. I love the gluten-free pizza crust with red sauce, vegan mozzarella, sausage and olives.
Pizza Rox 1880 N. Congress Avenue Unit 150 Boynton Beach, FL 33426 PizzaRox.com (561) 200-0792
Blondies Vegan Bakery & Cafe is also completely gluten-free and vegan friendly. They rotate their menu for the seasons and carry a variety of cupcakes as well. They even offer cakes to order that are completely vegan and gluten-free. Their coconut chocolate cupcake is delicious!
Blondies Vegan Bakery & Cafe 870 N Congress Ave Suite 110 Boynton Beach, FL 33426 BlondiesVegan.com (561) 767-9066
Sloan’s sometimes has a dairy-free ice cream on the menu. Their menu does vary so they may not always have it. The last time I was in the shop in West Palm Beach they had a delicious coconut chocolate ice cream made with a coconut milk base.
Sloan's 700 S Rosemary Ave #138 West Palm Beach, FL 33401 SloansIceCream.com (561) 833-3335 (This is just one location- there are many others)
Bolay is always a great option as well! They have quite a few locations here in Palm Beach County and others throughout Florida. They clearly mark which items contain dairy and are 100% gluten-free. My favorites to order are the jasmine rice, forbidden black rice, ginger broccoli, herb roasted potatoes, roasted brussels sprouts, mojo pulled pork, and the creamy garlic and herb sauce.
Bolay 1880 Okeechobee Blvd Suite A West Palm Beach, FL 33409 Bolay.com (561) 815-5185 (This is just one location- there are many others)
Chain Restaurants
Chipotle Mexican Grill is probably one of the easiest! For gluten-free avoid the flour tortillas. Then, skip the cheese, queso and sour cream. Everything else on the menu is fair game! I like to get a bowl with cilantro lime rice, black beans, guacamole, lettuce and pico with a side of chips.
Chipotle Mexican Grill 8790 W Boynton Beach Blvd Building B1 Boynton Beach, FL 33472 Chipotle.com (561) 739-9871 (This is just one location- there are many others)
Tijuana Flats is another easy one as well. Same rules as Chipotle. I tend to get a bowl there as well with a side of chips. I love all things that can be dipped.
Tijuana Flats 6201 S, Jog Rd #101 Lake Worth, FL 33467 Tijuanaflats.com (561) 296-5309 (This is just one location- there are many others)
Cheesecake Factory has an allergen menu online where you can specify which allergens you want to avoid and then it will show you which items fit your needs. The only down side to this menu is it does not take into account which items can be made gluten-free or modified. I must say too that their gluten-free pasta does not disappoint. I ordered edamame and then Evelyn’s pasta with gluten-free pasta and no cheese, cooked with oil and not butter. There are lots of options on their menu that will fit into the gluten-free and dairy-free category.
Cheesecake Factory 701 S Rosemary Avenue West Palm Beach, FL 33401 Cheesecakefactory.com (561) 802-3838 (This is just one location- there are many others)
