Ingredients for White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Bars
This recipe uses a couple of different ingredients to keep them gluten and dairy free however all of them are easy to find! You will need:
- brown sugar
- non-dairy butter
- sugar
- egg
- vanilla extract
- gluten-free oat flour
- baking soda
- macadamia nuts
- dairy-free white chocolate chips
For the oat flour you can either buy it premade or ground up your own oats in a blender or food processor until very fine.

How to Make Gluten-Free Dairy-Free White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Bars
First, prepare a 9×13 inch baking dish either with non-stick spray or by lining with parchment paper. Parchment paper is my personal preference because it makes it easy to lift the bars out of the pan once cool to cut them.
Next, preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a stand mixer or with a hand mixer, cream together the butter, brown sugar and sugar until light and fluffy. Then, add the egg and vanilla and mix until combined. Be sure to scrape the sides of the bowl as necessary.
Add the oat flour and baking soda and stir until just combined. Remove the paddle or hand mixer and use a spatula to fold in the white chocolate chips and macadamia nuts.
Then, evenly spread the dough into the prepared baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-35 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let the bars cool completely before cutting.
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week.
