How to Make Gluten Free Oreo Pie Crust
This easy oreo pie crust recipe not only has just 2 ingredients but it is quick to make as well. First, melt the butter in a small microwavable dish. Then, place the whole Oreo cookies in a food processor. Run the food processor until you have small crumbs of Oreos. You don’t want it to be a powder.
Next, add the butter to the Oreo crumbs and pulse again to combine well. Test the mixture with your fingers. It should press together easily when squeezed between your fingers. If it doesn’t and is too dry add another tablespoon of melted butter.

Once the mixture is ready, pour it into a pie dish. Then, using the backside of a spoon push the crumbs into an even layer along the bottom and sides of the dish. Don’t worry about it being too perfect.
Now, you need to determine if you are making a no bake pie or a baked pie. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. If you are making a no bake pie filling, then you will bake the pie crust for 10-12 minutes or until well set. Be sure to let the baked crust cool completely before adding your no bake filling. If you are baking the pie with the filling you will only need to bake the pie for 5 minutes before adding the filling and continuing to bake.
