How to Make Avocado Bowls

This Mediterranean Avocado Bowl is so easy to make. Enjoy them for lunch, dinner or a snack!

To make your bowl, wash the avocado. Then, slice in half and remove the pit. Then, put a scoop of hummus in the hole on each side. We made our Homemade Hummus recipe for this. Use any hummus you love for this avocado bowl.

Next, top with diced fresh tomatoes, cucumbers and olives. The way this recipe is written they are vegan, however some feta cheese would be delicious on top of these.

Then, serve with pita chips, cracker or eat them with a spoon! We love these bowls.
