Ingredients for Pesto Baked Eggs
Only a few ingredients are required for this recipe and most are pantry staples… pesto will probably become a staple item for you as well after you try this recipe. You will need:
- Milk- any kind (non-dairy works as well)
- Freshly ground black pepper

- Shredded mozzarella cheese
How to Make Pesto Baked Eggs
To start, preheat the oven to 350 degrees and spray an 8×8 pan with non-stick spray. Then, in a medium sized mixing bowl, crack the eggs and whisk them well. Then, add the remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
Pour the egg mixture into the prepared baking dish and bake for 25-35 minutes or until set in the center. Serve immediately or let cool and store in the refrigerator for a quick breakfast during the week.
These eggs can be served on their own or I like to make them into a sandwich with extra pesto and bacon.
