These Pork and Brown Rice Meatballs are tender with a hint of garlic and ginger flavor!
- 2 pounds ground pork
- 1 1/2 cups cooked brown rice
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsp garlic
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 2 eggs
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl. Mix until combined well.
- Roll into tablespoon-sized balls (should yield about 30 meatballs).
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
- Broil for 3-5 minutes or until the outside is golden.
- Serve and enjoy!
