How to make Small Batch 20 Minute Air Fryer Snack Mix
This recipe could not be easier to make! Simply melt the butter (regular or dairy-free) and add the seasoning. Then toss the cereal, pretzels and nuts in and coat in the butter mixture. Then, cook in the air fryer for 15 minutes or until crunchy. Stir the snack mix in the air fryer every 3-5 minutes to get it evenly cooked. Let cool for a few minutes and enjoy! Store any leftover snack mix in an airtight container (mason jars are my favorite) for up to 1 week.
Yes! As long as it will have enough room to spread out in your air fryer. You may need to add an extra few minutes of cooking time to get it all crunchy.
