Frequently Asked Questions

Can I make this gluten-free?

Absolutely! Rice chex and corn chex are already gluten free. Swap out regular pretzels for gluten-free and you’re all set.

Do I need to use cashews?

Nope! Choose any kind of nut that you prefer or a combination of nuts. Already roasted or raw nuts work in this recipe. If you don’t like nuts throw in a little extra Chex cereal or pretzels.

How should I store my snack mix?

Store any leftover snack mix in an airtight container (mason jars are my favorite) for up to 1 week.

Can this recipe be doubled or tripled?

Yes! As long as it will have enough room to spread out in your air fryer. You may need to add an extra few minutes of cooking time to get it all crunchy. If you double or triple this recipe you will have plenty for a party!
