Turkey Meatloaf

Yield: 1 loaf
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 40 minutes
Total Time: 55 minutes

A simple and delicious turkey meatloaf.


  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/3 cup BBQ sauce


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine all ingredients except for BBQ sauce.
  3. Shape into loaf shape on a baking sheet.
  4. Spread BBQ sauce all over loaf.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
  6. Slice, serve and enjoy!


By not cooking the meatloaf in a loaf pan, the meatloaf cook in less time.
