What ingredients do I need? All you need to make this dip is:
- Feta cheese
- Roasted Red Peppers
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Simply combine all of the ingredients in a food processor (or blender) and blend until combined and smooth. Stop the food processor and scrape the sides a couple times to make sure that all of the cheese is mixed in.
Transfer into a serving bowl and top with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and some sliced up roasted red peppers. Serve with your choice of crackers, vegetables, etc. see below for ideas.

We served the dip with pita, pita chips and celery but there are so many options. Here are some suggestions:
